Most custom orders run between $50 and $70. Extra details (additional pockets, external pouch, special harness) can push higher. You'll get an exact quote within 24 hours of submitting the form.
Roughly 1 to 2 weeks total. Sewing itself only takes 1 to 2 days in our workshop. The rest is shipping in (your plush to us, or our sourcing time) and shipping out to you.
Tracked, secure international shipping. We can also offer DHL Express on request for faster delivery. Shipping cost depends on destination and is added on top of the bag price.
We've worked with vintage plushes before but it requires a conversation first. Send us a photo with the form and we'll let you know if your specific plush is workable. We treat every piece with care.
Custom work is non-refundable once started, but we share progress photos before final stitching so you can flag anything. In 100+ customs we've never had an unhappy customer. Your input drives the design.
